Welcome to the Boy Scouts, Troop 33
Troop 33, located in Carson Valley and sponsored out of Carson City, NV, is the oldest Boy Scout Troop in the area. Established in 1939, Troop 33 has been providing boys and young men the ultimate Scouting experience; teaching life skills such as learning to be responsible, working with others, and becoming great leaders.
Scout meetings are every Thursday evening, currently at the United Methodist Church, 1375 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville, starting at 6:30pm.
Troop 33 is very active in fundraising in which all monies earned go directly into each participating Scout’s account, depending on the Scout's level of effort during that event. These monies provide the opportunity for each Scout to participate in campout activities, earn merit badges, work on rank advancements, purchase camping gear, etc.; anything that is Scout related. Fundraisers include BSA Camp Cards, Carson Valley Days Banners and BSA Popcorn.
If you would like more information about our Troop, please contact Mrs. Sarah Boudreau (Committee Chair) at 702-217-4781 or Mr. John Sutton (Scoutmaster) at 585-360-6751 or click on "contact us" tab, and someone will contact you.
